I pride myself on offering couples a bespoke and personalised service, so I work with you from the time of booking and not just in those final months.
To offer every couple the experience they deserve, I exclusively take on one wedding per weekend.
Wedding Day Coordination Services include a free 1 hour informal chat, with no obligation to book. 2-3 meetings in the lead up to your special day, to include 1 meeting at the venue. Travel costs are included.

Our wedding setup service is perfect for couples who have made or sourced their own wedding decorations, but would like an experienced team to take the stress out of having to set it all up.
We will take care of everything for you. This will leave you to enjoy every minute of your special day with your friends and family, without the worry and time constraints of decorating your venue!

Our wedding takedown service is perfect for couples who have sourced their own wedding decorations and have time to decorate before their wedding, but would like a team to take the stress out of taking it all down and tidying your venue at the end of the night, allowing you to leave at the same time as your guests!
An ideal service for weddings taking place in village halls and dry hire venues.
Includes 2 staff.

Weddings & Events by Michelle can provide additional staff on request and at a separate cost.
For a plated meal the ratio required will be 1 x Waitstaff for every 15 Guests
For a buffet style meal the ratio required will be 1x Waitstaff for every 25 Guests
For Bar Staff the ratio required will be 1x Bar Staff for every 30 Guests
Please note that we are not a bar company but can provide additional staffing should a couple decided to run a free or cash bar themselves.

Our half day coordination service is one of our popular packages.
It is especially good for couples who have booked dry hire venues such as marquee and village hall weddings.
With our half day package we will be at your chosen venue for 6 hours. This usually covers morning setup through to everyone being seated for your wedding breakfast. We ensure discreet seamless coordination to give you peace of mind and take the stress out the main part of the day before the dancing begins!

This package is a favourite for dry hire venues.
Our full day wedding coordination service gives you full peace of mind. With 9 hours of our time we will provide a full day of seamless coordination from setup through to speeches and evening guest arrival. Giving you the time to relax and enjoy every minute of your special day knowing we have everything covered.
In addition we will contact all of your suppliers 6 weeks before your wedding to help you plan all those final details.

From morning setup through to carriages at the end of the night, we will manage your wedding from start until finish. You can relax knowing that we have everything covered for you. Our extended full day service gives you complete peace of mind before and on-the-day. We will provide seamless coordination from setup through to transport home, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.
All hire of items includes delivery, set up and collection. ( Minimum hire amount of £150 is required )

We will set up either the day before or the morning of your wedding.
This will vary depending on your venues instructions.

We have a selection of Arches.
All arches are decorated with foliage and white flowers and can be customised by adding faux flowers of your choice to match your colour theme.
Love Heart Stand - Ideal as a backdrop to sit on a table for your ceremony and can be moved to be used as a backdrop for the wedding cake or top table - £75.00
Freestanding 6/7ft Arches - The freestanding arches make a perfect backdrop for your ceremony and can be moved as a backdrop behind the top table - £175.00

Light Up Love Letters
Each Letter is individual and can be set up On a stage, on the floor or in the corner of the room providing there is electrical points.
These Love Letters can be added to any booking over £500 for a discounted cost of £75.00

Our Ferris Wheel is a true centrepiece for any event.
With 8 Carriages, each is able to hold approximately 1kg of sweets.
All Hire includes delivery, sweet bags, sweet tongs, flower decoration as per photo and collection.
Dry Hire - We deliver, You fill and we collect! - £125.00
Alternatively we can provide sweets of your choice and set up.
Package for 100 Guests -£180.00
Dry hire of the ferris wheel can be added to any booking over £500 for a discounted rate of £75.00

* DELIVERY: Delivery within a 30 mile radius of Seaton EX12 is free.
We are happy to deliver further afield within Devon, Somerset or Dorset for an additional mileage charge of £0.50p/mile.
* HIRE PERIOD: Items are hired for a period of 48 Hours , however we can be flexible on this at our own discretion. If you wish to arrange an extended hire, or hold hired goods for longer than the contracted hire period, please get in touch.
We know how special your wedding day is and that is why Weddings & Events by Michelle works with you from the moment you book our services, not just in the weeks leading up to your special day.
Making A Booking - All bookings will be secured on the completion of a Booking Form and payment of a Non refundable deposit. We will happily provisionally reserve your date and any hire items for 14 days. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we reserve the right to release your provisional booking.

I’m happy to meet with couples outside of these working hours if required and aim to be as flexible as possible. Occasionally, especially during busy periods I maybe unavailable some evenings and weekends whilst coordinating or setting up for weddings.
* DEPOSIT: Goods hired will require a £100.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure the order for your wedding or event.
For The All Inclusive Hire Package a £250.00 non - refundable deposit will be required to secure the order.
For On The Day Coordination , Wedding Day Help a 40% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date.
* BALANCE OF PAYMENT: The balance of the complete cost of hire or services is due for payment no less than 6 weeks prior to your event. If the balance of payment is not received, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order. Delivery or services will not be made without receipt of the full balance.If the required delivery or service date is within four weeks of placing your order, full payment will be required.
* CANCELLATION: If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please confirm your cancellation in writing at the earliest opportunity. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, charges will be as follows:
* CANCELLATION OF ITEMS HIRED IN ADDITION TO OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: If for any reason you wish to cancel additional items hired at a discounted rated alongside our All-inclusive Package, the above cancellation charges will be applicable at the full individual item hire price. For example, if you contract to hire our LOVE Letters alongside your Wedding Package at a reduced price of £75 and subsequently cancel them, charges will be levied on the full hire price of £125
* CANCELLATION BY WEDDINGS & EVENTS BY MICHELLE :In the unlikely event that we cancel the event or services in part or in whole, all advanced payments will be repaid; unless the cancellation is the fault of the Hirer not meeting the Terms & Conditions laid down in this form.
